1. Who this is for
Qasas can be used as a guest with no account, in which case your data — favorites and reading progress — is stored only on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it. If you signed in with Google or Apple, an account was created to sync your children's profiles across devices. This page explains how to delete that account.
2. Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside Qasas:
- 1Open Qasas and go to Settings (الإعدادات).
- 2Pass the short “grown-ups only” gate.
- 3Tap Delete account (حذف الحساب) and confirm.
Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.
3. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us at privacy@nawahstudio.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.
4. What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed, including:
- Your account record
- All children's profiles
- Favorited stories
- Reading progress
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and we retain no personal data after it completes. Qasas does not collect data from children, show ads, or sell data to third parties.
